「The Venice was a superb hotel and it improved our experience in Venice greatly. The hotel staff provided great service by helping us arrange water taxis, day trips to Murano and Burano and Gondola trips, all at our convenience and reasonable prices. It is one of the most exquisite hotels within Venice with really good vibes. 「The customer service staff was attentive and quick, and they always responded to messages immediately, which left a very good impression. The location is right next to the water bus, and most of the attractions are within walking distance.
