“The staff was wonderful and very attentive. The house and our room was pristine. The shower is a must to experience and the floors are heated! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud.

“The staff is wonderful. Check-in was a breeze and very courteous. Diana at the bistro made my evening by correcting my meal. It made all the difference after a long drive from Charleston, SC.
The room was clean but could stand a bit of updating. Furniture is a bit beat up. Beds were not made to Marriott standards, even if it is a Courtyard. For downtown Norfolk, I expect a bit more.”

“So unfortunately I have to stay here until my place is ready to move in. So they decided to take the room off the websites. They first stopped selling the room by the week. Then they decided to take it off the website. Which they should be grateful for ppl actually paying to stay here. They cancel reservations when you request to pay at property. It’s also not refundable. ”

“From the moment we walked into the lovbby to check in our experience was wonderful. The person that checked us in was very nice and got me to sign up for Hilton rewards. The room was very clean and smelled good too. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, I wish I could buy them. Check out was easy peasy. Great from day 1 through 3 were great!”
