This place is terrible!! Pictures on-line are not accurate. It’s VERY run down & the stench of mold was ridiculous. Killed a huge cockroach on the floor as soon as I walked through the door. Left that place within 10 minutes.

Quiet area & helpful staff is as much good as I can say. Room was filthy, honestly. Trash behind toilet, roaches, room needed a good scrubbing including the walls & plug covers. Definitely not like what pictures portray the rooms to be like. Stayed due to only option available. Now know to book in advanced if ever in the area again to ensure a room at the Hampton or holiday inn.

Room was fairly clean. Pool was dirty and had been drained. Not in use. Front desk staff was reclining on the couch in the front office instead of working. Acceptable hotel for an overnight stay, but the property is very worn and not in great condition.

Pool was not useable Fleas jumping in bathtub Food on furniture floor filthy Towels were stained pillows were awful asked for more pillows she came up with one & she has cast on her leg complaining the whole time must’ve worked all night same clothes next morning & I paid $140 for all that!

Terrible hotel. Room was dirty. Coffee pot still had prior customers coffee filter left in. microwave was filthy. The light above the shower was dangling by wires. and it seemed like there was water under bath tub. Was like standing on a wavy waterbed when trying to take a shower. Breakfast started at 6:00 am, by 6:30 coffee was gone, and the front desk person was laying on couch in lobby watching TV. Also the cover of smoke alarm was missing, not sure it would work.

This was not a hotel. It is a motel rather deceiving. I reserved a king which was confirmed on the itinerary I received. The room we got had 2 queens. Clerk told me there was no king available. We would have gone somewhere else, but all other hotels were full. We would have returned home, but we were there for our granddaughter's wedding. Bathroom door did not shut. No smoke detector at all. Sheets were clean but floor was filthy. I dropped a piece of ice on the floor and picked it up with a paper towel, which was black with grime after I wiped the moisture from the floor. Dead cockroaches on floor.

Do not stay here if you can help it! Our room was old. The faucet dripped all night . The toilet was not secured and tilted when you sat. The tub was old with yellow dirty looking caulk. We didn’t even shower there!!! The towels were old, stained and dingy with holes in them. The pillows were old and lumpy. The night stand lights didn’t work (with one missing light bulb). I spoke with front desk who said well the a one ceiling fan works!!! Then she assured me she would come by room to fix (never did). Ice machine in laundry room did NOT have ice and the room with loaded with crickets! We were afraid to bring our luggage in the room so we left it in our car. We would like a refund!!

When I went to the front desk to check in, I noticed that the couch and two chairs were ripped and taped with duct tape. When we got to our room, I found a dead cockroach under the bench on the floor so I immediately flushed it down the toilet. Then I noticed a dirty washcloth lying on the floor next to the dresser. The side of the king mattress was stained and there was no redshirt so I was very easy to see the condition. It should have been tossed in the trash. We went to the front desk and asked for pyramid money back and wished to go elsewhere but because I had flushed the cockroach down the toilet, they refused to give us a penny back. At that point, we didn't care, just wanted to get out of that creepy place. They should not be open for business.
