“We loved the large room and the amazing view. It was also walking distance from food and fun and, of course, the beach. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The staff was friendly, attentive and helpful. The room smelled like smoke a bit at night, but opening the balcony door helped with that....but some mosquitoes got in that way. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again. ”

“We had a spacious suite, which was a generous upgrade, as our room was no longer available. The balcony looks directly at Osorno Volcano and there is a beach directly across the street. We enjoyed the breakfast and also tried the onsite restaurant. The bed was super comfortable and we didn’t hear other guests or noise from outside. Simply a great stay!”

“由於飯店本身是個舊的建築物' 所以很多東西都很舊' 包括浴缸' 洗手台' 以及桌椅' 地板都很舊' 飯店本身的結構都是用木頭做的' 所以久了就會有這些問題 ! 房間內沒有熱水壺供應 ! 這點就很不好'因為天氣冷'沒有熱開水供應真的很難想像！”
