“This place is in the heart of Banos, next to the main cathedral, close to everything, with a view of the town, and mountains around it. The place is well kept, creatively remodeled, and had very helpful staff. You will have noise from all the activity outside but the patio doors do block much of the sound when closed. If you're very sensitive to sound you might want to be further from the town center. If you want all the shops and restaurants nearby, this is the place. ”

“For starters, they cancelled one of my two reservations for no reason. They couldn’t give me an appropriate response, and my suspicion is that they did it on purpose to give my room to someone else. Additionally, the website says they offer parking and breakfast included which was rejected once I asked about it. The service was terrible and they did not made me feel comfortable nor welcomed. Would never stay here ever in my life ”
