"All yhe above staff was reall nice. Only down side was that the walls are paper thin. The guy in the next room was on the phone untill midnigjt. And you could hear the entire conversation"

"Everything was clean and comfortable. Our check in was smooth and the staff was friendly. The amenities were all under renovation so you local competition received much of our business for food and entertainment. It would have been nice to know about this in advance so we could have planned accordingly. The temperatures were 0 degrees so we would have preferred not having to go elsewhere. We love Hilton so you won't lose us over this! Thanks for listening. "
