“Hotel room I stayed was without any window. When I book the hotel, the pictures showed all rooms with windows, when we arrived, the hotel told me windows room needs to pay additional over SGD300 per night (US220), I have already paid around US180 per night when I booked this hotel, making a total over US400 per night. Over 5 small frying insects in washroom. I had never stay in hotels in such condition against such price over past 10 years across more than 10 countries. The rooms without window……
