We loved sitting on our balcony overlooking the channel. It was a beautiful and serene view. The resort is in a great location on Chincoteague. I would certainly stay there again.

From the moment we walked through the front doors we were greeted with friendly staff. The grounds were tended to daily and are beautiful, including the outdoor pool. The breakfast house was well tended and delicious. Our room, which was very clean, had a spectacular view of the bay filled with wildlife. We didn't want to leave, it was wonderful and we will be back.

The rooms are older but clean. the view from the balcony is fabulous! The pool is newly renovated, super clean, and well maintained. Very handy to walk into town.

Elevator was broken and they put us on the 2nd floor. That would be my only complaint. Room was clean. View was nice. There was also no one else there midweek off-season. It got busy Friday night going into Labor Day weekend. Pool was inviting and clean especially since the Flies at the beach were unbearable on Friday.

Perfect spot to enjoy the Island and all its glory. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool and the view was perfect from the balcony. Clean and accommodating. My second stay here and would plan on it again.

This is a really nice hotel. Best part of our stay was the view of the amazing sunset from the balcony. All balconies face the west, so we all can get the view. Worst part was the prominent picture of DJT in the lobby. With the country so divided, why put that there?

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Each room had its private balcony with a gorgeous view!!! Of many years of travel, I would say they have the best hot tub - and my back appreciates it.
