“Good facilities for children. Very good breakfast buffet and room service. Nice spa services. Rooms are clean but could be better. Pool and beach close early. Room assigment in areas affected by construction should be better coordinated. Not many places to walk around.”

“Terrible! Avoid! Paid USD100 but no hot water to shower. Wasted 2 hours liasing with receptionist as was told to run the water longer. Well, I kept the shower and sink taps running for over 1 hour but still cold. Even checked the gas tanks with the receptionist who pressed the ignition switch several times but still no hot water. He then confirmed there will be no hot water on the day I stayed and said it actually happens all the time! Also: missing cover under duvet (which was dirty),……

“Es un hotel nuevo con cuartos muy lindos y comodos. Pero considero relevante tener en cuenta lo siguiente : 1. Hotel de 5 pisos sin ascensor 2. No hay aire acondicionado en zonas comunes asi que toca mentalizarse a llegar y derretirse en el lobby, desayunar asado de calor y subir escaleras acalorado. 3.
