San Giacomo is a charming penthouse in the heart of Chioggia, located in a typical building restored with great attention to preserving its authenticity. Upon entering, you immediately notice the love for detail: the walls are decorated with paintings by a local artist, and every corner reveals a particular care in the choice of furniture and materials.
The mini suite is functional and welcoming, with a small kitchen equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. The double bedroom, equipped with a comfortable bed and air conditioning, offers a perfect retreat for a quiet rest. The bathroom is new, modern and well furnished, with a spacious shower, sink, bidet and toilet, to ensure all possible comfort.
One of the most suggestive features of this penthouse is the private terrace, a corner of paradise from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the city's rooftops. An ideal place to relax and enjoy the views of Chioggia in complete tranquility.
In addition, guests can take advantage of the extra cuddle: breakfast served directly in the room, to start the day in total comfort. On the ground floor, there is a shared kitchen available to guests, useful for preparing and heating their own dishes during their stay or to spend moments of conviviality. You will find a microwave, coffee machine, kettle, juicer, toaster, dishes, dishwashers, induction cookers, plates, bowls, knives, forks and ladles.
