“It was super clean and very friendly staff”

“The hotel is the vicinity of Grafton town. I feel very convenient as it is close to my company by only taking 10 mins ride. The hotel suite is so big, clean, tidy and confortable. Free wi-fi internet connection is provided, convenient for business traveler. However, the comparatively slow speed of Internet acces in that hotel should be improved. And the room along the highway seems a little bit noisy.”

“I like that the property was clean but our room was in front of the highway and we can hear all of the cars all throughout the night. So if you’re not a heavy sleeper you will be awake the whole night. Like what happened to me. Breakfast is with a fee with $12 DISCOUNT. “Front desk staff were nice. We informed the front we would be staying an extra hour. They were very kind and were not going to charge. On the checkout day,it was 10 a.m,not even 11 and housekeeping tried to open our door to starting cleaning. We even had the occupied sign outside the door. We told them we have till noon to checkout. Last there was a soda bottle inside the sofa bed so the whole room had not been cleaned. We will not be staying there again”
