"First of all had almost no hot water they had cracks and leaks they had roaches. The General Manager was A total immature person for being a manager to say the least.. she had to remind me once to pay my room rent the second one i was on my way to make the payment and she just told me to get out by 11 she didn’t want me there.. She says she doesn’t ever have to remind her guest to pay. which i know for a fact she’s lying because i’ve heard them knock on doors and tell people"

"The room was clean and well maintained, but staff could have been more informative about how to control the accent lighting in the room, as we didn’t know how to turn it off. The beds were comfortable, slightly softer than most. The area was quiet. The cooked breakfast was disappointing because it was all gone when we arrived at 8:15; the only options available were cold cereal, bagels, toast, and waffles, which you have to make yourself, and there wasn’t much variety to choose from. Over all it was A good place to stay and rest compared to others. "

"Hot tub was out of service and the indoor pool was not heated. Other than that, this was a perfect stay for my family. We loved walking the lake right behind the hotel and to city beach park. Will absolutely stay here again when traveling to Granbury!"
