Leonardo is great at reception an we had several long conversations, both in English and in Italian. He is well traveled and understands what……

“酒店位置是典型的托斯卡纳风光的核心地带，开车一小时左右可以到达很多托斯卡纳典型风光的山谷或小镇。缺点是离超市比较远购买生活用品不方便，周边餐饮也没有太多选择。双卧室的公寓房还不错带完整厨房，缺点是只有一个浴室和厕所。Wifi信号也不是很好。网站上说的私人泳池其实是和整栋楼的其它四个公寓共用的，这点预订前请注意。”

“The hotel is located in a vineyard with astonishing view. Food is great. My friend and I sit outside and were able to enjoy the food with fantastic view in the sunset. You will be able to see San Gimignano from here. However, the staff in the reception are not very friendly. The shower is so weak that I can barely enjoy my shower.”

“My wife and I chose this property as it was reasonably close to Volterra - the Hilltop city we were visiting the following day. One major problem was locating the property using our GPS system. We ended up on a tractor road at some distance from the property. With some help from neighbors we did find it. IF one titles the property BIOagriturismo Il Cerreto, there is no problem. And as the farm promotes sustainability and uses its produce/products in their restaurant this mkaes sense. We found……

“Der Aufenthalt im Tenuta Sovestro hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das ältere landwirtschaftliche Gebäude wurde sehr schön renoviert, die Ausstattung ist modern und gepflegt. Es ist für alles gesorgt, das Team ist immer freundlich. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und ließ für uns keine Wünsche offen. San Gimignano ist zu Fuß über eine Straße abseits vom Verkehr in 30 min zu erreichen. Wir können das Tenuta auf jeden Fall empfehlen.”

“多年旅行經驗中,令我最深刻的一次的體驗! 不是好! 而是差! 早在3月時, 已經在HOTELS.COM訂了這家古堡酒店, 因為在網絡看到介紹覺得這古堡很漂亮, 最吸引我是古堡入面其中一間獨位小屋, 我們可以說是為了這間小屋而來的, 當我們懷者興奮的心情到達古堡準備CHECK IN時, 一位服務員帶我們去看看入住的地方, 我們才發現那根本不是我們訂的小屋, 而是一座比較大的建築內入面三間雙人房! 完全不是我們所訂的屋, 那我們便跟服務員說是不是攪錯了? 服務員一開始就非常肯定的說沒有攪錯, 要我們再出示HOTELS.COM的確認信,才走回辦公室查看,等了一會,再出來回覆又說是可能是系統問題,攪錯了訂房,我們當然不妥協! 我們要的獨立小屋跟這三間房簡直是兩碼子的事, 獨立屋有廚房,大煮食爐頭,焗爐等等,我們在市內已經買了豐富食材準備晚餐及明天的早餐,現在只有的是其中一間房入面有一個櫃內的一組小型煮食爐,還有一個爐是用不到的! 景觀更加不用比較了,獨立屋是面向大草原,景觀很美. 比這三間房間相差太遠了! 於是我們再請服務員給回正確的房間給我們.……

“ColleLungo ia a phenomenal place for a multi-night stay in Chianti. Its central location is a great gateway to several interesting cities and villages in the area. The setting is storybook and so clean and refreshing. There are no immediate neighbors so it is totally tranquil, and the peaceful feeling you get from being in the vineyards is so restful. “Leuk huis dat onderverdeeld is in 4 appartementen. Dat haal je niet uit de advertentie, het lijkt dat je het voor je alleen hebt. Echt een gezellig Italiaans appartement met leuk zwembad. Dorp is 5 minuten lopen maar ligt verder best ver overal vandaan. Je bent al snel een uur onderweg naar een leuk plaatsje. Het dorp zelf is erg leuk met hele smalle stijle straatjes en tunneltjes. Geweldig uitzicht!”
