"It was the nicest and most unique hotel stay and experience we’ve ever had! From the front desk staff to the restaurant and bar staff was beyond our expectations! This hotel sets a high bar and absolutely met it with flying colours! "

"The room was very large but totally outdated. Access was difficult to room and front desk was almost always closed. We couldn’t get the WiFi password and pool was ongoing maintenance "

"Staff was very friendly. Room has a character, confy bed. Car park is quite far but you can park next to reception for loading/unloading. Breakfast was great with so many options. Only negative thing I'd say is they are charging €6 when you order food to room which is quite high I think. "

"The room was full of ants and other small insects. I was staying in the middle of Tuscany wine country, I would expect my room to have a corkscrew and at least glass glasses. The room only had flimsy plastic cups. "
