“Ok stay, but some details did not match a 5-star luxury suite experience Overall, our stay was okay, and there were some very positive aspects. The service at the outdoor restaurant was great, and the spa service was exceptional. That said, considering this is a 5-star hotel and the Pomegranate Suite is presented as a luxury/high-end room, there were several details that could be improved. We had just spent a week at Sani Dunes, and the contrast was noticeable. A small touch such as fresh……

“The staff were so lovely and attentive! The rooms are clean, with cleaning every day. You could order delicious cocktails and food to your sunbed or room, and they also brought round cold water at the pool free of charge! The hotel was a short walk to the town, with delicious restaurants and lovely sea front bars. Would highly recommend! Thank you:)”

“Fantastische plek. Huur wel een auto want er is niets in de buurt op loopafstand maar genoeg leuke restaurants in nabijgelegen Afytos. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Top kamers, vriendelijke personeel. Een hele relaxte vakantie gehad.”

“Very nice, authentic hotel with beautiful garden and surroundings and beautiful beach. Bathroom condition was poor, there was no shower tray, just the blocked water drain that caused flooding of the bathroom floor. Room balcony was large and really nice and beds very comfortable apart from pillows that were too firm. Room and the bedding was clean. Staff was very nice, friendly and helpful but food in the main restaurant wasn't edible so we had to eat sandwiches at the beech/pool bar because……

“I went with my husband and 7 year old son and we had a good time in Simantro. Loved the view and resort surroundings with all the greenary around, best part was the beach side and beach beds Beach was beautiful my son enjoyed. Overall we had a good experience, i would only recomend few more restaurants to be availble to eat. Other than that nice experience, nice staff and good food. ”

“Die Unterkunft hat uns gut gefallen und die immer wieder auftauchenden Probleme wurden zeitnah von den Gastgebern sehr freundlich und kulant gelöst. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir die Ruhe im Zimmer, von den Nachbarn nebenan bekommt man wirklich absolut nichts mit, gute Schallisolierung. Mietwagen sollte man dabei haben.”

“Property was probably five stars years ago. Definitely a little run down and you can see it in the rooms. Breakfast was fine and the beachfront was actually really nice. Recommend that you get rooms close to the beach and not the pools cuz it is a little bit of a walk to get to the beach. It is in a good location in that if you have a car you can go next door to Afitos or Kallithea where there are really great restaurants, beach bars and views. Parking was very difficult when we would come back……

“Wonderful boutique resort with ample parking on site for your car, but if you want in-room wifi, make sure you request it when booking. Most rooms do not have it. Staff were very pleasant, and Tasos, front reception manager from 7am - 3pm, was exceptional!”

“Mycket praktisk stor lägenhet med 4 balkonger. Tvättmaskin. Stort kök med frys, kyl, stor spis. Ganska utplockat med köksgeråd. Fjärrkontroll till tv fungerade ej trots byte av batteri. Pool finns på systerhotellen ca 10 min promenad från hotellet. Fruktansvärt hårda sängar, tjocka kuddar. I Lampor saknas över sängarna. Överlag bra boende trots sängarna. Observera om ni anländer mitt i natten att se til katt få adressen till hotellet. avi hittade inte dit och receptionen på, systerhotellet eller……

“Really bad customer service! It is as confirmed about only a bot saying exactly the same polite sentences promising to help or to contact the hotel but never do. They quickly received the hotelpayment and the information about the hotel was missleading information,  unexisting services were mentioned on the hotel, no resoect of requests either and they did not even have a cooperation with the hotel. Absolutely a scam! I wasted hours to contact them 4 times to get the status of my ticket,……
