“The location is brilliant and with a boulangerie underneath the apt, the smell in the stair well is yum! The apt itself is awesome, a great space and very clean except the sofa bed is only suitable for small kids, or one adult. The linen is very tired and needs to be replaced, it would also be could to have basic useful supplies in the kitchen. ”

“Great location. Carpet was filthy and gross. In the summer heat with no AC and only a broken fan was very tough, but the handyman who came was the saving grace . It was much cooler outside in the summer heat than inside the apartment . Communication is slow. Large windows without a barrier , if you have kids be careful as they can jump out or as they say in the apartment “if you open the window, birds can fly in.” All instructions by the property is in French, be prepared to use your……

“Superb location. Not far from main underground parking. Lake is so close. I love the moderness of the apartment. This is perfect for one or two people. Very cozy very clean very comfortable. I come to this town two to three times a year and I'll check here about renting again.”

“Appartement de charme Idéalement situé en plein centre ville à 2 pas des commerces et du lac. Deco soignée, très bonne literie. Traiteur excellent au bas de l’immeuble. Nombreuses activités, vélo, pédalo, bateau électrique, voile, randonnées, parapente, deltaplane, visites culturelles châteaux, musées… de quoi passer un très bon séjour à Annecy et ses environs. Parking de l’hôtel de ville pratique pour garer la voiture avec abonnement possible sur plusieurs jours. ”

“Perfect location and spacious apartment. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The shower could use some work. I know it’s hard to find a shower that makes sense in Europe…. Maybe just a shower curtain could help? Garage door did not shut but the car was still in a safe place. Overall, nice stay.”
