「The room is not clean at all. You can't see the ocean from your room or house which you must be careful when you decide to book. The host is not friendly as they come from New York and all they care is only money.」

「This place is 」

「It a nice place just need coffee or tea」

「Dover beach, restaurants and convenience store are within walking distance. My bathroom faucet was not sealed with silicone; it was moving freely while turning on the water. The sofa bed has strong piss smell. Our king bed is sinking down and pillows are not the same size. Room needs patching and cleaning throughout. Utensils are not fully functional and available, missing pieces here and there. Tenants smoke marijuana and always seep thru cracks in room. Main door not fully close/seal....

「Great place & Arthur the owner was a great person & very helpful, i will be going back there to stay again.」

「The new building and pool area are nice. Andre was a very good host. It would be a lot better if the interior furniture could be upgraded. We would certainly stay there again if the furniture is upgraded. But for the price it is a nice place.」
