“Friendly staffs and the room is big, nice beach front”

“First off the service was A ...10 out of 10. Everyone was very friendly and helpful, food was very good too! That said we got the feeling that the property is having financial difficulties. When we walked further back into the property, there were several cottages that were completely run down, needed repairs, weeds growing everywhere, really an eye-sore. Please note that our cottage was beautiful! And for each of the 3 days we were there, there was only one or two other couples all day long……

“This is our 2nd stay at Timothy Beach and ut was better than last year. The beach is very accessible and we snorkeled right there and ot was the best. My only complaint is the mattress and pillows are awful. But hey, we didnt go there to sleep.”

“Top notch customer service from Sherima and Nicola in reception to Yudelle in maintenance. All bellhops and others were also great. Great pool area and lots of restaurants to choose from. Great location. ”

“Sunset Reef is fairly new with 7 suites - all with a view. The hotel management and staff are extremely helpful and eager to please. The food in the restaurant is very good. At check-in, we were greeted with frozen fruit drinks, cold towels and water, plus some fruit in the room. Lovely sunsets from the restaurant! Hotel beach is rocky and is being worked on. ”

“It's a very nice place for the price, I truly would recommend it. My only thing is that the room should have a small fridge to keep a drink or water cool and a hot water pot if you want a hot tea or coffee.”

“Nice clean rooms in a location very close to city centre. Handy for bus and ferry terminals and Port Zante shops and restaurants. Good views over the bay towards Nevis. Friendly and attentive staff.”

“Beautiful building, super clean, nice collective patio and kitchen out back, super nice staff. You may need to call the number on the front sign to let them know you are there if its a last minute booking. Great place, close to airport.”

“I just needed a clean safe place to stay one night so that I could connect the next day to my cruise, this was perfect! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the port was within walking distance.”

“Beware!!! Online they claim "you'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party" and reality is you're actually sharing the "home" with other people! After reading that i thought i would've been there alone with my party and there was no such thing, they had people their staying! Please beware guys, i booked and couldn't even get my money back and i didn't stayed there because i was expecting a little place for me and my family. I lost money and time……

“The condo was well equipped with excellent beds and linen. The area was handy for restaurants and there was a place to park the car. We didn’t use the pool as it was not very private and overlooked the parking lot. I would suggest the owners try to deal with the residue build up on the glass shower doors as it is off-putting. And it would be nice to leave a little of the laundry detergent you want used so not to ruin the beautiful new washer and dryer. Showing us where the garbage should be put……
