The units were quite large apartment-style rooms, which were clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly, and very helpful. The hotel is located right outside the port where the cruise ships dock with walkable access the circus and tourist shopping village.

The front office staff was very polite and helpful. The room on the other hand needed some TLC. The shower was broken, the bed was like sleeping on rocks and the room had mouldy smell

The balcony was large and amazing. I really liked the room. Mine was street side and above an electronics store that plays loud music all day. It didn't really bother me because i loved the genres they played-but it is something to be aware of. The biggest problem was expedia said I owed 500. But at the property they told me 650$ That is alot of resort taxes and unexpected.

The hotel is next to Port Zante and all the tourists stores for the cruise ships. Good downtown location. Two minute walk to the Ram's large grocery store. My room was large and all the rooms come with a mini kitchen. It was stocked with dishes, glasses, pans, knives, silverware, electric stove, large fridge. The AC is in the ceiling, quiet, and it kept the room cold. My room faced the main street, Bay Road. But, with the windows closed it was quiet. I think it's the best downtown Basseterre hotel.

Clean , very spacious room . Hotel management is excellent. Lindsey is wonderful manager and very helpful. We have booked here 3 times and just booked our 4th visit. So close to walk everywhere we wanted to visit.

The staff was super friendly! The room was very big and pretty but there were several things broken like the toilet seat cover and toilet paper holder. It was conveniently located in walking distance of the cruise terminal shops and restaurants but far enough away as to seem a little sketchy.
