Great apartment in Riccarton

We had a great stay and the place is very clean and well laid out. Great location and the Carebnb team are excellent to deal with.3 great bedrooms and lots of sun till early afternoon in the lounge.Great appliances and an easy check out process.Definitely recommended.

Mainly good

The house was clean and the property managers helped with our problems. When we tried to enter the door code on our arrival, the numbers appeared for a moment and then flashed a card symbol. After several attempts, we tried the handle and it, luckily, opened. We aren’t sure the door was secured correctly. It was annoying to have to park on the street when street parking was difficult to find. There is a pool table in the garage, but they should look for some shorter cue sticks for the size of the room. We also had trouble with the oven because the information in the house book was not up-to-date and they had to deliver more forks. Hopefully these kinks will be sorted out. We did get quick responses and the house is nice with comfortable rooms and a nice back patio area.
