“Love the place”

“This was the perfect place for me and a friend to spend Christmas! Roanoke and the surrounding area has so many things to do, and the downtown is very walkable. Additionally, the place had everything we could possibly want for cooking, baking, and overall just a wonderful Christmas vacation. Separate rooms far enough away from each other that it didn't feel uncomfortable like sharing a hotel room, with enough common spaces to hang out during the day. Host communicated well and was very available……

“Such a great spot. We loved all the extras, including toiletries, snacks, coffee, tea, condiments, etc. Location was perfect for walking to downtown. The host was very responsive and accommodating. I totally recommend and would absolutely return. 100% yes! ”

“This place was great for our needs! It had three separate bedrooms with comfortable beds, making it ideal for a group or family. Access was generally easy, though it may be a bit challenging for anyone with mobility issues due to the stairs. The front door was a bit tricky—it required a firm push to open. There was a slight cat odor, possibly from a previous guest, but it wasn’t overwhelming. Overall, these were minor issues and didn’t take away from the experience. I would definitely stay here……

The place is very clean and well kept. the scenery is beautiful and the wildlife came right near you, the birds, Canadian Geese, and Heron. “My family and I stayed here for my graduation from Virginia Tech and it was the best decision. The surrounding area is beautiful and the place is stunning! The hosts made check-in and check-out super simple and contactless. The place looks exactly like the pictures and has a convenience/country store right next door; which was perfect for last minute snacks and a quick breakfast!
