“Just found out on the day we stayed was actually cheaper than we made the reservation, and the difference was about 70 bucks!! Be care about the 'sea view' description. We did have neighbors but everything was easy to share and enjoy together. We liked using the Blackstone to cook on and found that there were many things available if needed. “We had a family member graduating from CSU Monterey. This place was perfect and had everything you would need for a weekend stay. Very quiet neighborhood but parking was a little tight, recommend not having more than 2-3 cars. Overall great experience, host was great at answering any questions right away.”
