The room bathroom smelled especially the certain that needed to clean the bacterial growth. Stinked.

The room was clean, the staff are all courteous, it's in a very good location. However, regarding breakfast if you decide to have a late one, some of the dishes have already run out or not replaced on time.

The emails prior to checkin had conflicting information and I panicked as I did not receive a QR code. Checkin was slow since many travelers were checking in at the same time. But the use of washer/dryer made up for the stress.

Some of the registration information was in Japanese with no English version available so you need to translate yourself. 掃除が行き届いていませんでした。具体的には①ガスレンジ台の食材の残 ②冷蔵庫内にチョコレートと水が残っていたこと。③ベット下収納に避妊具の未使用分あり。④クローゼット内の引き出し内のタオル散乱。⑤ベッド下、引き出し奥の埃とゴミ。いずれも気持ちの良いものでまったくありません。これからも利用したいとは思いますが、必ず清掃は完璧にしていただきたいと思います。
