「Chambre très jolie, petit déjeuner délicieux avec beaucoup de choix, personnel très sympathique. Le restaurant Heritage m’a un peu moins plu, malgré des prix très raisonnables. L’un des serveurs sentait la sueur et chaque fois qu’il nous servait, c’était un peu désagréable. Pour le reste, tout était parfait.」

「This hotel is located right on the Douro, in a picturesque spot. There's a parking area right outside. The staff were all friendly and helpful. The hotel claims to be four star; it may have been once but it no longer is. The rooms are spartan. A 20" tv from the 2000s. No amenities whatsoever in the bathroom, which had a broken wall shower and between one and three lights randomly working, depending on I know what. I had to move furniture to find the only single wall outlet close to the bed....
