"The spa was an extra €40 to use which the included the hot tub and sauna so this should have been mentioned. There is also a charge to use the shuttle into town which was not explained or advertised. There was no free water in the rooms. To access WiFi that was good enough for video call use was also an extra fee of €20 per day. We got there late on the first eve at 11.20 amd although room service was advertised until 12 we were told there was no kitchen service and absolutely nothing to eat - not even snacks that eve. As much as we liked the hotel, all of the above definitely detracted from the experience. "

"The hotel is a short easy walk from the public boat dock. Approximately 40 minutes ride from the airport on the public water taxi. Just a short walk to San Marco Square. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The room was extremely clean. Highly recommend this hotel. "

"The hotel is in a great location and very convenient, even on rainy days, with plenty of nice restaurants and shops close by. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were extremely helpful. The room was clean, modern, and stylish, with a lovely fresh scent, and the bed was very comfortable. It felt like one of the best stays during my trip. Highly recommend, and I would definitely stay again!"
