By far the best hotel in Italy great staff cleanliness decor and location. Everyone was friendly and accommodating! Won’t stay anywhere else….cant settle for second best and the price was very fair in comparison to others I stayed in the past.

If you want luxury & incredible views then this is the place to stay. We loved the patio seating at breakfast as well as for drinks, lunch or dinner. The room was comfortable, elegant & immaculately clean. All of the staff was super nice & helpful. Yes, it is a bit pricey but again this is for travelers looking for a luxurious experience & location.

The hotel is beautiful and gorgeously set on the water with beautiful views. The only complaint I had was that it was very hard to find once I got off of the water taxi/ferry from the airport at St. Marks Square with no signage to indicate where it was, even within a few hundred feet of the hotel.

Amazing hotel incredibly clean and well maintained, staff go above and beyond every day. the food was out of this world and service was perfect. you will pay handsomely for the privilege of staying at this property but once you realise that everything must be delivered by barge and removed by barge it is easy to see how the cost of maintaining this unique building comes at a cost. the staff are very skilled and attentive and will do just about anything to make your stay more enjoyable. if you have the opportunity to visit Venice i would highly recommend this hotel for location and proximity to all things tourist and the comfort of the stay and the great food and drink it has it all.

Very disappointing experience and absolutely not worth the price. The location is excellent and the lobby is beautiful, but unfortunately that is where the positives end. The rooms are shockingly small and feel extremely claustrophobic. The locked windows make the room feel even more confined, with no sense of fresh air or openness. The bathrooms are also tiny no ventilation and uncomfortable. For a hotel carrying the St. Regis name and charging these prices, I expected a completely different level of comfort and luxury. Apart from the lobby and the location, there was very little that felt special or justified the cost. Definitely not value for money, and I would not choose to stay here again.
