We had such a warm welcome, as we arrived straight off the overnight train from Naples & they offered us coffee & breakfast. Also we were given our room early as it was available. “This is a lovely B&B in the heart of Palermo, close to most attractions as well as the railway station. Rooms are cosy, clean and with a comfortable bed and the bathroom is spacious with a pretty big shower. Mariella is a wonderful host and prepares home made local specialties for breakfast every day so you will spoilt with choice - we were lucky to try the Sicilian cassata, sfincione, iris, cookies and biscuits as well as cakes, local cheeses and cold meats. Daniella great us upon check in, and sat down with us to explain the areas around the B&B, and show us the high points of what not to miss, since it was our first trip to Palermo.
