「Nicely designed, friendly and nice staff. It is on the main street and it's an easy walk to the historical center of Puebla. We stayed in the suite and it was nice to have a living area separate to the bedroom. There was also a patio, nice to chill and also have breakfast there. It's worth noting that the breakfast included ended up meaning one complimentary breakfast for the stay rather than everyday so best to check with the property. Kitchen can be better stocked.」

「The hotel is centrally located on a busy street but the rooms are completely quiet. The staff was wonderful assisting with restaurant and tour recommendations. Guadalupe helped us book our bus pass to Mexico City. The rooms are very spacious, clean and renovated. The only thing we don’t care for are those fancy bath tubs because they’re challenging to get in and out. The water pressure was excellent as was the temperature. We had a meal there and the food was good. We would definitely stay...
