“So yes a boutique hotel - with capacity for only 20 guests but the hotel exceeded our expectations in every other sense. Immaculate spacious suite, with excellent facilities. We wanted a gym and a pool - both big ticks! The food and drink on point too. Other things to note: near Old Goa (so about 15 mins taxi from Panjim), felt the hotel was not full but meant it often felt as though we had the entire space to ourselves. At night, definitely quieter than panjim and north Goa - previously stayed……

“This is my 3rd time staying there. The staff is very responsive and quick to address any issues. They also helped me get taxis at a reasonable rate, something difficult to achieve in Goa. The vegetarian breakfast is free and there is now an adjoining restaurant. The room is clran and the bed very comfortable. I hope to stay there again.”

“All of the staff were helpful and welcoming. The cleaning staff on the 4th was very as efficient and kept the room tidy. The wait staff in the restaurant were helpful and even ensured that my order was cooked with no spices due to digestive problems. The hotel was in a safe location and the river view from my room was excellent. Now for the cons: the pool was inviting and I know it was windy which is why there were leaves and other debris floating in the water, the hotel could use some……

“We really enjoyed ourselves. I will be bringing my family there as they would love it. But for our party of 5 girls it was easy to get there. Staff at the beginning of the check in was good as they mentioned timing of breakfast. And as we were tired from our journey and was late for breakfast, they still accommodated us. “Rummet var bra , sängen bekväm. Otroligt stressande med hög musik i restaurangen och det var mer som personalen hade lekstuga istället för att se till att gästerna mådde bra. Det blir många minus på att inte kunna föra ett samtal eller höra vad de i receptionen sa. ”

“We didnt receive aiport pick up and drop off service by the resort. When we asked them the staff stated they don’t peovide that service but why it was written in their hotel information if they dont want to provide this service. Secondly there was wedding going on and it was so noizy until 12.30 am. It was a big bollywood aongs noise and around 15 people were dancing and making noise. We feel like we could have stayed somewhere better instead of this resort so we could enjoy our stay more. ”
