We didn’t realize this was not a hotel, but just a well-kept bedroom and bathroom within a large apartment, with several other rooms with a similar use. Other than a live person checking us in and someone taking care of breakfast, we didn’t ever see any staff there. If you are expecting a large hotel with staff onsite, this isn’t it.
