“I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating.
To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance……

“A very good housing experience. The housekeeper keeps in touch with us by phone and text message. It is very convenient to check in. The hot water in the small swimming pool is very comfortable to soak, and the temperature is very comfortable! The environment is also very beautiful. It is indeed a quiet treasure in the downtown area!”

“If you are looking for somewhere peaceful this is your place! Lovely views of the mountains, staff are very friendly and will go out of their way to help you. The 1-bedrooms are like rental studios and the 2-bedrooms are like small apartments. Not like your average hotel room. Nice and spacious and clean. Highly recommend this hotel.”
