“I recently stayed at DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Golf Resort Palm Springs with my family for vacation and my experience was quite disappointing. The bathtub in my room was clogged, which made it extremely difficult to take a proper bath. It ended up taking a very long time to shower, which was very frustrating. To make matters worse, my family members who stayed in a separate room also experienced similar issues with their bathtub. For a hotel of this reputation, I expected better maintenance……

“This property is stunning- I wish it was my home. The building is gorgeous, the plants on the property are lush and there are hummingbirds everywhere! The room was excellent: comfortable king bed, great pillows, clean, modern bathroom with a nice walk-in shower. Robes and good towels. The pool was great, small for lounging, not really for laps. It's heated, so not chilly to get into. The daily breakfast was wonderfully fresh and had many options- there was nothing we were missing. The……

The hot water in the small swimming pool is very comfortable to soak, and the temperature is very comfortable! The environment is also very beautiful. It is indeed a quiet treasure in the downtown area!”

“This boutique hotel has a cool retro vibe. The curb appeal is fantastic and the renovated rooms are spacious and has a patio space in the back. The staff was so accommodating, promptly dropping off extra coffee pods or umbrellas when requested. Close enough to downtown to walk yet quiet, away from the noise. We’d love to stay here again another time.”

“The Jazz Hotel was a quaint boutique hotel. The hotel room was spacious and had a small kitchen and table and chairs. The pool and outdoor seating were lovely. The place was very clean! We also loved the outdoor seating in the back. Would definitely recommend!!!!!”
