This property checks all the boxes. The location is great. The bedrooms are comfortable. Very clean and great decorating! It was a perfect place for a quick weekend trip to Cincinnati!

Loft in OTR

We had a fantastic stay. Conveniently located near OTR bars/restaurants and Washington Park. The loft was very clean and well cared for. I would highly recommend this location to friends in the future!

Great place to stay for an FC game!

We stayed overnight after an FC Cincinnati game and it was perfect. Lots of places near by to walk to for food/drinks and a quick walk over to TQL Stadium for the game.

This property was very clean. It was one of the most unique places I've ever stayed at. The neighborhood was at times a little sketchy, but during the day was absolutely wonderful.

Great place to stay in Cincy

Went to show at Cincy Music Hall in Washington Park. Two block walk. It was great. Also just a short walk to Findlay market. Stayed with (2) friends. Loved the place. One heads up ... it's a LONG walk up steps to get to the place. No biggie for us, but for some might be a deal. Property manager was super helpful and quick to communicate.

Clean with good location but beware of the stairs

The apartment was clean and thoughtfully prepared with clean towels in the bedrooms. The location was perfectly centered - steps east to the MLS stadium- steps south to Washington park and steps north to Findlay market. Our family spent the evenings and breaks in the living rooms as they were perfectly laid out for chatting it up! It’s a 4 star but only b/c there is an abandoned building next door with some questionable characters constantly walking around. Be warned also, if you can’t manage steps this has 4 flights and they are narrow and so loud. Overall it was beautifully renovated comfortable, clean, safe space with excellent proximity, plus the communication/directions with Drew was easy. We will 100% be back again!
