Staff was very polite and helpful, but our room did not feel clean. Beds were dirty on the corners. Roaches on the wall. Pull out had stains and was dirtier than the beds.

No parking there were people parked from a company staying there taking up 2 parking spaces each. Leaving no room for any other hotel guests. Toilet did not flush, 3rd floor hallway did not smell good at all. Back splash on stove and and vent was very dirty, and the stove electric panels were dirty. Staff was friendly and I let them know my issues upon check out.

Stay from hell
They are doing construction so it’s loud you can’t sleep because they are hammering drilling and sawing in the morning. There were dead mice in the parking lot and the beds were horrible as well as the pillows the hallways and rooms stink. And someone (a construction worker) just walked in the room while we were in there

I’ve stayed at this location more than once, and I would not hesitate to stay here again. The rooms are very clean and quiet - you can’t hear anything from the rooms next to you. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend this Extended Stay location.

Our sheets were stained with blood. They changed them no problems. The stove top was full of grease moresels and the fridge door was stained. Luckily we stayed only 1 night and didnt have to cook/eat there. For breakfast they only serve blueberry muffins (no butter) and dry granola bars. Wouldn't call this a continental breakfast at all.

Wouldn’t stay again
It was advertised they had a pool on site. They did not. They also advertise continental breakfast and all that was offered was dirty water colored coffee. We paid a bit for this hotel and was very upset.

DO NOT BOOK! IT’S TERRIBLE
This place is disgusting. The “clean” sheets and towels still had multiple strands of hair in them. When we asked for replacements, we were told there wasn’t anymore clean laundry that day, so we ended up going to buy our own towels and sheets. The bathroom sink and countertop were not clean, the floor had not been swept, and the place stinks. We booked a room with two queen beds which were way smaller than a queen bed. When we asked about that, the guy at the front desk said they’re “queen” beds are a little smaller than standard! They were basically two full size beds which did not comfortably sleep two people in a bed. I will never stay at this place again or recommend anyone stay there. The only positive thing I can say is the staff wasn’t rude.

Would not recommend!
I would not recommend this hotel due to its level of cleanliness. Our room smelled, the floor had dirt and crumbs of things left from previous customers, the kitchen had unwashed food on the side refrigerator, the bath towels had long dark hairs left on them, the bedding could be updated, and the hotel in general in could be updated. The continental breakfast consisted of granola bars that were squished/flattened like a pancake, oatmeal packets, and coffee/hot chocolate. I would add that the hallways smelled like someone was smoking something other than cigarettes even though it was a smoke free hotel.

Quick and easy check in.
Quick, easy check in. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Didn’t try their breakfast since we had to leave early. No elevator so we had to walk up one flight of stairs.

This place was just okay. I would rate it 6 out of 10 not 8. I had to pay a deposit with tax . A deposit is usually a hold of 50 dollars that drops off when I check out but this was a charge that was processed and I am waiting to be refunded. I will not offer my business to this place again.

The room was old and cheap looking. My ironing board was broken and not useable. The room smelled of burnt something and it never really went away. My main concern were the men that drank large amounts of beer outside at the door I used to get in and out. I don’t understand why they picked that area but having to walk a dog several times was not comfortable especially the longer they were there drinking.
