"The facility was extremely clean and well maintained. Christian was available anytime by phone. The system of "no keys" was well done. My husband and I had the master builder which was very nice. The only complaint that I had was the room above us was extremely noisy when the occupants went to their room. You could hear every step that they took even when they got up in the middle of the night. Next time I would opt for the second floor. The fact that we had so many common rooms to share with others was a nice touch. It was a pleasant experience, and I would use the Yellow Barn again."

"We stay every year, the location for the frequent festivals is excellent. Never have to use the car if we eat local. Staff is always great and helpful, this year the elevator was down and heard it won't be fixed till December 2026. We were on the 3rd floor but getting our stuff up to the room really wasn't all that bad. So I kept it in mind when leaving a tip for housekeeping, no elevator makes their upper floor rooms super hard."

"I normally don’t book Quality Inn but the price was good for just a sleep over on the way to Cape Cod. We were pleasantly surprised! Very clean and comfortable. The front staff were pleasant and recommended a great little restaurant in Tully called Sweet Basil. It was perfect. Small town rural New York charm for sure!! Not real close to New York thruway 90 but worth the few extra miles."

"Unique experience for someone who normally stays in national chain hotels. The room I stayed in was designed and named after a Vietnam veteran who has passed. This was a happy coincidence since I work with veterans at a VA hospital. Located in the small village of Groton, it was quiet and serene. Nice get away for city dwellers."
