“We absolutely loved our stay and we had an amazing time. The cottage is gorgeous and is in a brilliant location for doing things. The only downside to the location is that it was quite noisy at night time and we did not sleep very well. There were hairs in one of the twin beds that our little one was staying in, didn’t check the other but noticed them when we were putting him to bed so would bring that up with cleaners. There was also no working bulb in the twin bedroom which made it really……

“We stayed in early June for a week. The location is great, very close to the town centre and the walls of the castle only being yards away. It is uphill from the town centre however, if you walking or breathing difficulties, it could be a problem. We have only stayed in a cottage once before. Last year in Cornwall, unfortunately it's the only reference point to judge and similar price for the same week last year. This cottage was not the same quality. Size was similar but quality of fittings……

“The staffs are extremely nice and friendly. Thank you Josh for help us out. The room is clean and we particularly appreciate wooden floor. The food are amazing. We had breakfast and dinner there during our stay. This hotel really left us a very warming feeling and happy memory from Wales. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit. ”

“Just returned from a week at The Kendrick in Llandudno. We cannot praise Nathan and his team enough, everything was wonderful and they did everything they could to make our holiday perfect, paying special attention to our likes and dislikes. The Hotel itself is clean, modern and fresh (not like a lot of hotels nowadays that are 'tired' and in need of some TLC). Breakfast was whatever you wanted it to be, cooked, cereals, juices etc and was delicious. The room was spacious and quite cool……

“Location is perfect, facing the sea and we need only 1 minute to walk to the beach. I visited in mid-May, when the hotel was undergoing maintenance which was unexpected and left me certain disappointments. However, the rest experiences were in contrast and exceeded my normal expectation to a hotel. It did great in 3 very important basic things of a hotel, which are strong and hot shower, comfortable bed and pillow, and strong hair dryer (all were even better than most 5 stars hotels I have……

“Room was clean on arrival but curtain off rail which left gap and light came through . Staff excellent couldn't do enough to help? Breakfast was more than Adequate, good choices and coffee .the reason we book is parking ,nice at end of day on beach to Not scrabble over a place to park ,very spacey”
