“This property was even better than described. Every single bed was comfortable. The master bedroom/bath was incredible and spacious. The water pressure in the shower was like nothing we have experienced. The location and parking was perfect. We had a very long trailer with 3 sxs's on it and there was enough parking on the street to accommodate us.”

“We cooked all our meals. Had just about everything we needed. Could have used a couple more baking glass cookware. One thing I really liked was their “as you leave” policy. Usually these VRBO’s have you strip all the beds and bring all the linen and towels to the laundry. It was nice not to have to do that. And that is the way it should be with the price of the cleaning fee. The trash receptacle was a bit out the way. We had to cram the bags into our already filled vehicle and drive over……

The hosts had thoughtful provisions with some food items, plenty of towels, extra blankets, and a well stocked kitchen. We appreciated the off road parking and found the condo near and clean on arrival. We would highly recommend this accommodation.”

“I've stayed here three times over the last few years. It is a cheaper alternative to staying in Moab, this Catalina is nicer than some hotel rooms I've stayed in! Plus the Sego Canyon Indian paintings are just a few miles up the road and they are fascinating to me! Everything I want to do and see in this part of Utah is within shooting distance of Ballard Campground, it's convenient, right off the interstate, there's a gas station and 7-Eleven right there, you can't beat it! Vacationing out here……

“This is such a great place outside Moab! It's in the Spanish Valley so a bit of a drive to Moab and the parks, but this was not a problem for me. The mountains and ranch were beautiful, and it was a fantastic place for my dog. Would definitely stay again!”

“It was a great stay! The road noise can be heard which can be annoying but the house is exactly how it is listed.”

“Nice clean cottage right off the busy main street of moab. As mentioned, there were a few elm bugs, and some bees on the back deck, but the bed is comfortable and the wifi works well as well as the basics needed for the kitchen. It’s within walking distance of the shops, grocery and restaurants.”

“The guest house was perfect for us. It was a beautiful place to come home too after playing in Canyonlands all day every day. In addition, it was close to the ball field where we watched the local fireworks for independence day.”
