“The room was gorgeous. Unfortunately, I only got to stay for one day. Will definitely go back.”

“Great room and wonderful location. Staff was very accommodating check in and out was easily arranged so that we could keep our bags while we walked about the town. There is a lift, however room 7 has a circular staircase to climb. The staff kindly helped with our heavy luggage but some folks with disabilities may find it challenging. It was, however, a lively stay for us and we can’t say enough positive things about things!”

“Good location”

“The location was perfect, quiet and safe. The staff were amazing. They were super friendly and helpful. They cooked delicious food and made awesome drinks. Breakfast included and super clean. I would definitely recommend the Ollen Apartments.”

“Terra Dell’Etna was a great place to stay! Wonderful location, comfy bed, great shower, and a great kitchen! Cristiano is a wonderful host, kind and very friendly. He was quick to help in any way! ”

“地區旺中帶靜，很方便。工作人員很有禮，很熱心幫忙。房間很大，設備齊全。早餐很多選擇。服務很好。20分鐘車程可到達機場。”

“Location is good the breakfast is above the average and the parking is nice. Stop in front of the hotel and they park for you. Garage is 22euro per night. Room is spacious but they didn’t replace the used personal items - tissue paper, conditioner etc. ”

“Confortevole, buona posizione, personale disponibile”

“Nice and comfortable room, with balcony to the street and good location, close to the train station and the main attractions. The staff was very nice and helpful with recommendations of places to visit and restaurants.”

“Missed my flight out of Catania and needed a place to stay for one night. While I didn’t use the pool, it was what attracted me to the property online. The property is an owner occupied B&B in a very residential neighborhood, not walkable to restaurants, etc.. I was unable to connect with food delivery companies, and more importantly, cabbies to return to the airport. The host was quick showing me the room. He was initially slow answering texts. The room was spacious, but the sheets had……

“Great communication. The building itself is old and there is a really local market downstairs that might be shocking at first BUT the area is safe and your are literally a few minutes away from the central area where all the tourists go. Also, the rooms at Grafea are excellent and clean and the showers are nice and hot with heated towel. I will stay again if I go to Catania.”

“Alles nett und supi”

“Away from busy areas of town. Great staff that provided excellent service. If walking to Centro is ok i recommend this location.”

“Karma6 was advised as bed & breakfast, with kitchenette. Neither of these were provided. My room was only cleaned once during my entire stay”
