「The staff failed to inform guess they lost power and everyone was scrambling to find out why and how long it would be out. Not a great way to wake up. I understand these things happen just wish they were diligent enough to inform guest.」

「Nice hotel, but they charge extra for everything including parking. The AC heat turns on if you try to get room temperature above 72 degrees. They only provide two towels . Beds not made consistent with fitted sheets. Beds could have more padding. Staff is nice.」

It was difficult to relax knowing there were insects in the room. I reported the issue to the front desk, but I was not satisfied with how it was handled. Cleanliness and guest safety should be a top priority, and this experience did not meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend staying...

「Absolutely had a wonderful stay. The room was very nice and comfortable. They allow dogs but I had my Great Dane service dog with no issues. They gave her a cute pink and white bandana, a comfy bed and have a beautiful dog park. They also were super nice giving us a room directly across from the dog park gate.」

「The manager listened well enough to understand what did not meet our expectations. The team attempted to remedy the problems but not all were fixed. The kitchen staff and breakfast area was satisfactory. When we entered, there was no hand soap at the bathroom sink and the shower soap container was empty. Sometimes you can feel a little bit of neglect.
