The farmhouse apartment has 5 sleeping places that allow you to spend a relaxing holiday on a farmhouse in Umbria with family or friends. The refined and traditional style furnishings include comforts such as: air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, mini-stereo, telephone, wifi internet and safe. The holiday apartment of the farmhouse is part of the renovation of a building that was destined to be the olive press until 1980, inside it retains the high ceilings with wooden beams and bricks.
Included: Hot and cold water, gas, bed linen, bath and kitchen towels (weekly change), swimming pool with jacuzzi (8×16 m, open from May to September), wi-fi, parking, barbecue area, playground for children and ping pong table, playroom for children with table football, fitness room, final cleanings.
Not included: Tourist tax 1,50 € per person for the first 5 nights (minimum 14 years old), cautionary deposit 200 € (in cash at arrival).
