"Good sized house. Amenities you assume would be there were not replenished in kitchen, bathrooms, and laundry room so we had to go get ourselves. Washing machine front loader closed and mildew in side. Cupboard of instant coffee all very old and all stuck together. Not enough attention by cleaners to make it all good. AC blew dust out of the vents as well. Grass a foot tall front and back. Good house and location. Just needs the extra touches and attention to detail for the price."

"We selected this location, not only for its proximity to the beach, but also its proximity to restaurants, grocery store and public transit in terms of the train going into downtown Melbourne. This listing did not disappoint in any regards. Everything was almost exactly how it was described, which was fantastic and made our stay as carefree and easy as possible.
