「Had a fantastic stay at the Mode we had a Sea View room with a Balcony and the weather was perfect and we sat out watching the stars in the evening. The room is functional with a good shower in the Bathroom and tea and coffee are provided in the room , I asked for some extra little milks and they were provided and delivered to the room by the lovely lady behind the bar/reception area. 「Staff were particularly helpful and pleasant not to mention very efficient. Abi was the very best example of a staff member who did everything to ake our short stay enjoyable. The shower in room 11 needs attention as does the loose toilet seat, otherwise impeccable.」

「This is not a chain hotel...why would you want one? Where is the charm of living as the locals do? This place has that charm. This is a small business run by a very loving family. This is the authentic Blackpool experience. I have rarely seen people this welcoming and kind. Everyone was incredibly attentive and they went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. The breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed every moment of my interaction with the family that runs it. Highly recommended. 」

「As it was an over 50’s Hotel it really was excellent for the price, the manager and the staff we met could not do enough for you, nothing was to much to ask, the breakfast was lovely and well prepared, coffee and tea really hot. My wife was in a wheelchair so we where given a ground level room with access through the back with zero stairs.」
