"Here are my comments regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Positive feedback: • The breakfast was excellent, with generous portions. • The shuttle service was very convenient, and the driver was courteous and helpful. • The staff were consistently welcoming and attentive. Areas for improvement: • The room was smaller than expected. • I waited approximately 30 minutes because the room was not ready at check-in. • The check-in time feels late and the check-out time early. Aligning check-in and check-out windows would allow guests to better enjoy their stay. Thank you for your attention to these points."

"The hotel is small but excellent staff and the breakfast is very good. The other hest this is their free shuttle to and from the airport. Dr. B"

"The staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located near Mactan Cebu International Airport. The room was clean; I stayed in room 327, which is not soundproof. I could hear outside noise, especially aircraft noise. I have stayed in this hotel several times and have never experienced noise issues—only this time. The escalator was also out of order."

"It was a brief 1 night stay. Didn't get to enjoy other amenities. Overall satisfied and met our basic needs. To have airport shuttle service is a plus. Walking distance to outlet and Gaisano."

"Outdated bathroom. Too high of a tub and slippery to get in and out of. Food at the cafe was bland and coffee was not good. The Concierge was great. Front desk help was just "ok" not great and really not friendly. Beds are way too high up.off the ground and the floors were very dirty/dusty. It was just "Ok". Probably will not ever stay there again unless i have to."
