「We had a great 3 night stay at Welcomhotel by ITC Prayagraj! The rooms were spacious and comfy. The food at restaurants onsite, including the brunch, was excellent. One thing they should improve on is the service at the restaurant - it was very slow. Probably they need more chefs. We will come back again and highly recommend this centrally-located hotel.」

Comfortable mattress and clean sheets. Bathroom was also very clean, enough towels and toiletries. Overall very good experience.」

「There was no wifi available (as promised). Air-conditioning also stopped working on the night we stayed there. They couldn't fix it before I checked out. On top of that, the Power (electricity) got down too on entire floor for few hours and they didn't have any alternative to . All in all, the amenities wise, the stay was terrible.」

「Apart from the price which in any case was unrealistically high during Kumbh Mela for all hotels in Prayagraj, zone connect at the Park is excellent. Special mention to front desk staff who are very helpful and friendly. Vijay Nehra gets a special mention for his helpful nature. Civil lines , shopping and markets are close y but doesn’t cause any disruption as the hotel is tucked away in a smaller street close to Civil Lines. Good hotel to stay」

「They don’t have a DND sign usage in the hotel and staff keep disturbing by pressing the bell all the times inspite of instructing the reception staff not to disturb 」

「First thing evening manager said we do not have reservation and later after we showed him reservation details he said we have reservation for one room and later said we have 2 room reservation but gave one room. Next day morning 8 AM he gave 2nd room and we checked out at 10 AM. Hotel charged us for 2 rooms and they provided only one room and no refund. Manager behavior was rude and do not have accountability. Manager said we can cancel the reservation for one room but we did not find option...
