“Great area close to restaurants & a sweet little convenience shop at back of building with excellent biscotti! Lively in the evening but very quiet at night. Walkable to buses, major sights & cruise port. Apt. had every convenience including a washing machine, coffee/tea and b’fast items. Bed comfortable. Decor was colourful and full of charm. Perfect for our Italian getaway. Definitely returning to this gem!”

“Absolutely loved this property. Was an easy commute from the Rome airport by train. Walking directions to the property from the Civitavecchia train station were accurate and easy. Traveled by train to Rome several times and also did a walking foodie excursion of Civitavecchia. We booked this location to be close to the cruise terminal, and it was. From the property you can easily walk (10 minute walk) to the cruise terminal shuttle, which is free. No need to pay for a ride. The views from……

“The place was clean. It had plenty of towels. There were no washcloths though. Plenty of appliances. No iron. It’s up two flights of stairs so it made it difficult with heavy luggage. Water pressure was awful so the toilet didn’t flush waste effectively every time. We were a party of five and on a day we left to explore the main door lock wouldn’t open and locked four of us out and one of us in for hours until they finally sent someone to change the lock. The bedding was adequate for our party.……

“The property was clean and served our needs for our one-night stay. However, there were quite a few stairs to reach the room, which made carrying luggage difficult. Guests with mobility concerns or multiple bags may find access challenging. The air conditioning unit is located only in the main living area and kitchen. Depending on the time of year and the weather, this could make the bedrooms less comfortable for guests who prefer to keep their sleeping area very cool.On a positive note, the……
