Comfortable and spacious

Nice place to stay. It was clean, well stocked with everything You need. My hubby and his son had two big trucks so parking was a little tough. A few maintenance issues throughout the house the management needs to fix but nothing to hinder the stay.

Family Fun

We met up with family after the loss of mom. This property was ideal for getting together in comfort. We watched movies, had a bbq on the grill, hung out on the back porch with the birds and blossoming trees. A big yard for our sister's senior dog. We played games and ate food in the spacious dining areas. There is a walking trail right down the road. Grocery stores nearby allowed us to get any forgotten food and supplies. We would definitely rent here again.

Perfect for an extended family of 8 (2 kids)

We really lucked out with this house as we have family in Happy Valley and needed a place for my family of 4 (two kids, age 7 & 3) and some extended family. Check-in was seamless and the property exceeded expectations based on the pictures.The amenities provided were very generous and easily lasted us through the week we stayed, and the property owners were very responsive after a winter storm hit the city and trash pickup for the week was skipped.One of the best rental houses I've ever stayed in!

Not very comfortable , lots off limits area.

We stayed fo a little over 4 weeks. The location is good if younwant to be near the hospital. The house is nice, but unfortunately the furniture, beds, tolites, are just not comfortable. The outside area was nice for the dog, but there were no lights in the outside are, so it was unusable. There are a lot of off limit areas, the grage, the master closet and another closet upstairs. Also the fireplace and the master bed tv both did not work.

Impressed- will stay again

Very impressed with how clean the home was. Cream carpets were recently cleaned. I was nervous about a pet-friendly house but it was immaculate. Beds were decently comfortable. The kitchen was very well-stocked. Location was a nice neighborhood and felt very safe. Property manager was attentive. We would definitely stay again here.

Met our needs

House met our purposes and was close to other family who live in the Area, close to grocery store. House needed some minor fixes which I reported to management. TV was difficut and couldn't watch local news or football games. We would stay again as management said they would be fixing the issues.

Great stay

The property exceeded our expectations. Very nice home with a nice kitchen. The pan selection was interesting, mostly large pans. The first hot water use of the day each day took a long time to get hot water, especially in the master bathroom. We really enjoyed our stay. We would go again.

Great home-But:

We arrived around dinner time to our unit. Wonderful space for an adult family. Private spaces for all. Not a fan of the paint colors and kitchen is definitely dated. Small round kitchen table cover ripped in several places. Miss matched dishes and silverware. Towels were scarce for kitchen and guest bath. Cabinet doors would not stay closed.appreciated items that were provided. Questions answered immediately from host-extremely helpful. Do not hesitate to reach out. Would recommend for future with new paint colors😉

We enjoyed our stay at the house. The beds were comfy, everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It was convenient to be next to friends in Happy Valley with food and entertainment nearby.

Great family time

We really enjoyed the area the house was in, we felt safe with lots of options for food and groceries. The house was clean, a couple minor things with some loose towel racks but when notified management they were willing to send someone to fix the issues. We grilled out and did use the outdoor deck and patio. We would definitely stay here again, we had four adults and four kids and never felt crowded. We also had our other children come over for dinner once and that added four more adults and one child and everybody was able to enjoy each other’s company even with 5 kids running around. I would recommend this place, just a reminder all bedrooms are upstairs so maybe not suitable for anyone who can’t do stairs.

Disappointed

First and foremost, the house itself was in a good location and very clean. Everything was in working order. However-beware! if you are taller than 5 foot, you may struggle with the beds that are barely off the ground. I must have looked ridiculous trying to get out of the bed. The mattresses are not very comfortable. We had 8 guests and 7 bath towels. To be fair, I did not call about it as I did not get told until our last day there. Furniture and commodes low to the ground as well. We were in town for a funeral and imagine my surprise when as we were leaving for the memorial service we were greeted by the electric company who was there to disconnect the electric service for lack of payment! Thankfully after having to explain the situation a couple times to the person who answered the host phone number, they were able to get payment made and avoided it being shut off. And the kindness of the electric company employee who helped us as well. But imagine if we would have not been there. Also, if you are staying in the summer and looking forward to the air conditioning, please know it does not have enough bandwidth to keep the bedrooms cool as they are upstairs. So when you go to bed, it’s a bit uncomfortable. I personally will not stay at this property again.

Family wedding

We came here with family to attend our son’s wedding which was in the nearby park. So comfortable and a nice place to rest. We walked to the local park to see the waterfall. It served our family well and nice to have a fully stocked kitchen to prepare breakfast..

Lively and Comfy

The location of this property was wonderful. Walking distance to 2 parks, the public library, restaurants, groceries, hardware store, the food trucks. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Our children enjoyed playing with the toys and really liked that there were bunkbeds. It was also nice that there was an enclosed backyard. The house is brightly painted on the inside for a vibrant, vacation feel. We were also welcomed with a bottle of wine, which was an unexpected and nice surprise.

Fun stay with friends

This was a great house! There were 9 of us staying with two small infants and there was plenty of space! Lots of pillows and blankets to go around. It is conveniently located near a grocery store and several restaurants. Would highly recommend.

Kingston's radiation treatment

My girlfriend's dog, Kingston, had a full week of radiation treatment and we needed a place that was close to the clinic and would provide a quiet place for him to recuperate after the treatments. This home was perfect for that and we enjoyed the home. It's a huge house and we only used the master bedroom and main room on first floor. It is in a great neighborhood with many close by restaurants and stores. Highly recommend.

Wonderful stay

Rented this home to stay with my brother and his family that drove from out of town. Easy check in, clean house, great neighborhood, wonderful stay. Opted to do earlier check in at 1pm for fee of $60. I feel like it shouldn't be extra money for 2hrs early but was happy to do it for my brother that had drove 14hrs overnight to stay here. Overall would definitely rent again :)
