「AMAZING new home!! We had everything we needed and then some. The owner was so kind and accessible. The beds were comfortable as well as all other furnishings. So happy with these accommodations I would highly recommend.」

「Truly, can’t recommend this property highly enough. We had an incredible time attending the 2026 Kentucky Derby. Located within easy driving distance from Louisville, Frankfort and the surrounding bourbon areas we found the location to be ideal. The home is clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed evenings in the game room downstairs. Lots of intense games of checkers and 31. If you are in the area, this is the place to stay. 」
