「I’m new to VRBO and learning the style of communication with the host. Host interaction was minimal as I did not need to speak with the host until my communication about the placement of the thermostat in the basement unit we were staying in. I received a response 18 hours later stating that it is preset for 68 to 70 degrees. No capability to increase the temperature evidently. During our stay this past 4 days the temperature outside ranged from 27 -29 degrees in the morning to a high of 49...

We could have used some extra blankets, there were missing remotes, and a broken doorknob locked us out late at night. 「I truly enjoyed my stay at this location. I would advise that you ensure you bring your own hygiene products, and hair dryer. If you use one as I didn’t have used as a property. Had some difficulty in getting the door code to gain entry, received it an hour and a half after check-in. The mattress is a little firmer than I like and so were the pillows. The kitchen was well equipped, and even had coffee, pods, sugar, and creamer available . Otherwise truly appreciated everything about this...

"I checked in at 8 pm.Room is dirty with someone’s hair on the desk and room is filled with someone else’s perfume smell. Toilet still have paper in it. The room card’s demagnetize frequently. I have to go to front desk to reactivate again and again. Happened to have my door card deactivated unfortunately around 1am while getting some ice. No one’s at the reception and no staff is around. Waited there till around 3:15am when the reception lady returned from somewhere. Definitely terrible experience."
