We were in town for a concert in Nashville. This was a perfect place. Very quiet area. Close to shopping and restaurants. The home is clean and fully stocked with all essentials. We had a great stay!

Wendy was very helpful and there were no issues with the home. We utilized the washer and dryer and had no issues. Property was clean and in a neighborhood tucked away but also close to plenty of activities.

The host is so extremely lovely and is amazing at communicating with you if you need to change your listing dates, any questions you have, etc. The property is so nice, it’s a great location, very quiet, and very very clean. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in Clarksville it is a great location, you are close to Wilma, Campbell, and the interstate and you are in a good part of town.

We loved the decor, the quiet neighborhood and the quiet neighbors. The apartment was clean and exactly as pictured. This was a nice respite for us. I highly recommend this property. Fishing at Clarksville.

My fishing partner and I stayed at the Farmhouse while we were fishing in a tournament. The property is very nice! two upstairs bedrooms with separate bathrooms and TVs!. Plus a downstairs bathroom. We were very happy with the accomodations.

I was somewhat surprised to see the community where the property was located. However, walking into unit transformed the thought completely. I instantly realized why it has been dubbed 'The Farmhouse'. Well appointed decor brought the feel to Life for us. Reasonably close to everything, the location was good, as well.

Tidy townhouse in Clarksville

Two-story “newish” townhouse close to shopping and I-24. Kitchen is outfitted with nonstick cookware, minimal tools, plenty of ice, basic spices. Local water is strongly chlorinated, we purchased drinking water from a grocery store. Both bedrooms are upstairs, but downstairs does conveniently have a third (½-) bathroom. Each bedroom has one nightstand; bring your own charging base for devices (not built into bed stand or lamp).Wendy responded to my questions in reasonable duration. Note: If you want to use the jetted tub in the master bath, don’t run the dishwasher or clothes washer, as the tub depletes the hot water before even half-full. Thank you for a quiet haven to meet up with our son who is stationed at Fort Campbell.
