「Absolutely loved staying at the Regency Guest House. Very welcoming, clean and comfortable. A really beautiful property. Jane and Mark made us feel very welcome and were great hosts providing us with lots of useful information about the area. Our room was immaculate with a fantastic modern bathroom. Breakfasts were delicious and plentiful to set you up for the day and a few doors away from a lovely friendly pub. All in all we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely recommend staying here...

「Sugar beat eating house excellent couldn't fault anything, stayed overnight the room was wonderful, nice and clean, tea/coffee facility, air conditioning. We didn't hear any noise from the establishment downstairs very quiet. We had an evening meal and breakfast compliments to the chef. We will stay again in the future. The staff very polite and helpful. Thank you for making our stay wonderful.」

「We had amazing stay... it was my fiancees birthday treat and jean left a card and box of chocolates in our room and happy birthday banner.. jean was the perfect host breakfast was very good and filling the room was immaculate as was everywhere we went within the property... jean obviously works super hard to make sure her guest are comfortable and happy nothing seemed too much for her... very very good stay would absolutely recommend.. many thanks」

「What a wonderful place. The room was large and spacious with a wonderful view of the river. Meals were flavourful and plenty. I genuinely say that the breakfast was the BEST I have had in all my years of business travel. 」

「This is the third occasion we have stayed at The Recruiting Sergeant and hopefully it won't be the last. We received a prompt and friendly check-in on arrival and were shown to our first-floor room which was a good size, as was the bathroom. Both were spotless and were kept that way for the duration of our 4 night stay. Overlooking the road caused us no concerns. Great choice of good quality food for breakfast and we had our evening meal there on 3 of the 4 nights. Superb choice of food and wine...
